Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, vigorous exercise, hot baths, and exfoliating products 24–48 hours before and after waxing. These activities increase sensitivity and irritation risk. Use gentle cleansing and the provided soothing lotion, and exfoliate lightly after 48–72 hours.

Yes. Active sunburn, open wounds, contagious skin conditions, recent chemical peels, certain medications (like isotretinoin), and some medical conditions can be contraindications. Disclose medications, recent treatments, or health issues during booking so we can advise or reschedule safely.
